Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you'd like to return your order. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned unopened, unused, and with all seals intact.
Hygiene Exemption: For health and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(3)(d)), we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product's seal has been broken.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, whether or not the product has been opened.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

DIZZY is powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and DIZZY, including any injury or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with DIZZY.

Feedback or messages shared within our WhatsApp community are handled separately, as set out in our Privacy Policy — we'll always ask your permission before using anything you share there in our marketing.
