01What is DIZZY Daily Flow?+
DIZZY Daily Flow is an everyday blend of creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, Lion’s Mane and Siberian ginseng, brought together in one scoop to make your daily routine simpler.
02How do I take it?+
We have simplified your routine. Mix 1.5 flat teaspoons, or 7.5 grams, with 400 ml of cold water and stir thoroughly.
03Why does everyone think creatine is for bodybuilders?+
